GOD

O God!

I've never seen you...I've never heard of you creating a religion. But in the name of both, there has always been bloodshed. Unfortunately, the history is repeating and the mankind is getting festered with meaningless fights and violence.

If you really exist and have the power, why don't you just shower some light on our ignorance and let love and peace rule this world? Teach us how to see you within ourselves and every other person/soul around us.

L.O.V.E.

No network in this world has the capability to exchange feelings. All you can exchange is packets of data. No app in this world can show you the reality of a person. It's a mere presentation of someones' (may be your own) illusion(or again may be some data). I wonder how and when these crazy things became the driving forces of our lives.. I wonder how many times we keep aside our smart phones and hold hands...how many times we relieve our thoughts from the woven web and think of each other...how many times we look in to each other's eyes by not looking at our respective online profiles. Do we still have time for all this? Attention seeking, jealousy, hatred are curable diseases; but only if we can identify them at the right stage and act wholeheartedly to overcome the same…blaming someone to have these qualities is just the beginning of identifying that we are developing them. LOVE is not a four letter word that can be defined in the dictionary or something that can shown between two characters in a play. It's a feeling that is part of our lives that we need to have in every action we do on a daily basis. Understanding other person and thinking about him/her is a wonderful quality. We need to have an open mind that can actually listen to what others say rather than interpreting what you want to hear…Let's uncover our hearts (and minds…are they really different in this case?…I feel they are one and the same - work well together) , remove the blockages and live the real happy life.

Ala...Mallee modalayyindi (That's how it started again!)

I can't believe this...seriously, I can't imagine writing something like this after almost 4 years. I started exploring again, falling in love again, rediscovering myself again and again. Yep, ee katha mallee modalayyindi...a new start...I am loving it!

There have been rise and fall in my life, there have been fantastic moments, there have been embarrassing situations...nothing really invoked the sense of writing in me. There is something special today. I wish everyone can think like Deepak, Narayana Rao and Revathi of "Ala...Modalayyindi" movie...the movie I just watched. It gives us a food for thought...really! Sometimes, I feel the world lost sense and sensibility (including me) in the modern world woven with money, pride and for that matter what not!

We see movies like AVATAR, read books like THE SECRET, talk about REIKI healing. There is this energy that we give the world that comes back to us. Give your best and believe me, you'll get the best!

We may not be able to change the fact of what we are today but we can definitely give a sincere attempt to see what we can be tomorrow.

Learning is a continuous process. We can learn good from even bad...we just need to have the power to distinguish! We should have courage not just to accept our mistakes but to rectify them. I consider a person to be dead when the learning process stops.

I know that I am jumping from here and there without giving any final thoughts on what I am writing here. This moment is to just express myself and feel it, not to teach or impress. There has been so much going in my mind.

At this very special moment, I would like to thank my yoga teacher Jo who taught me how to take life. She made me understand that we should not impose force on anyone (including ourselves) or anything...whether it is yoga pose or something else in life. Keep exploring, keep practicing. Enjoy the journey, make it memorable...don't worry or hurry to get to the destination! My parents deserve a special mention for giving me a proper direction in life. Whatever I am today is just because of them. And finally, the ONE - my wife who always says "Chai jitni meethi chahiye utni cheeni daalo!" (The more sweet you want your tea, the more sugar you need to put) Same is the life…the more sweetness you want, the more sugar you need to put in to it. Very simply yet powerful anaology...isn't it? WYGIWYG - What You Give Is What You Get!

Everyone gets inspiration from someone/something in life that keeps him/her going...Life shouldn't be lived just for the sake of living it. It's meant to give life to everyone around. Accept everything with open mind and positive energy.

God! Please give me the strength to realize my capabilities and overcome my weaknesses. I'll give my best!

My Sweet Little Sister

Love has no limits. The different forms of love (of Mom, Dad, Sisters ...) make anyone's life complete and lucky. We may be away from our dear ones...but never from their heart and their feelings.

I keep experiencing the same all the time, wherever and however I am. This is a recent mail from my sweet little sister that made me very happy (beyond limits). This message is too short...but carries a lot of Feelings:
***
This one is for u my dearest bhaiyya....in this story the brother is u and sister is....guess???? obviously me yaar

Here is a short story with a beautiful message...

Little girl and her big brother were crossing a bridge. The big brother was kind of scared so he asked his little sister,"Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river."The little girl said, "No, big brother. You hold my hand.""What's the difference?" Asked the puzzled big brother."There's a big difference," replied the little girl."If I hold your hand and something happens to me,chances are that I may let your hand go.But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go."
In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in itsbond.

So hold the hand of the person who loves you rather than expecting themto hold yours...

I couldn't resist myself from replying back to such a wonderful and lovely mail:
***
We'll hold each others hands forever buddy...I am there for you till the end of my life and even after that...promise :-)
Very good one! Thanks a lot for expressing your feelings like this.
With love,Annayya

Seetarama Sastry Vs Annamayya

Seeta Rama Sastry is a great Telugu lyricist. I read this article in http://www.greatandhra.com/ and liked it a lot....Thought of sharing this with you all. Enjoy!
It's a wonderful example for Seeta Rama Sastry's dexterity. He was asked to pen a song for a situation narrated by K Vishwanath for the film 'Sruthilayalu'. Vishwanath has given a line 'Telavarademo Swamy'. Then Seeta Rama Sastry has got a thought to write that song emulating the style of Annamayya. He continued that with the words '…Nee talapula munakalo alasina deveri alamelu mangakooo…'The song has come up very well and Viswanath also liked it. It was recorded, shot and everything was over. And when the song was sent to an awards jury in 1987 it was rejected on the grounds that it was 'Annamayya Keerthana'. But later with all sorts of explanations it was selected and given the award as well.

The point to be underlined is that singer Jesudas sang this song many times announcing the name of the lyricist as Annamayya. That was a memorable incident and song in the career of Seeta Rama Sastry.

Journey to Heaven

For a beautiful beginning, let me put something really interesting here - I wrote this last year when I visited this beautiful place. History repeats...I visited the same place again and had a wonderful experience.

I believe all of us studied Languages in our school days. I still remember some of the beautiful poems like "Stopping by the Woods" & "Nilgiris" of my childhood days. With the inspiration of those great poets who gave such wonderful poems, I am trying to share one of my latest and beautiful experiences in the best possible way. Let's get started with the "Journey to Heaven" - My journey with my friends to New Hampshire, a state in USA. It's an unforgettable journey to a place which I think everyone should dream to see in their lifetime. We went there during October mid to see and experience the fall colors. There is a board just before entering the state – "Welcome to New Hampshire – Live Free or Die".
The place according to me is the heaven on earth. The calm flowing water, the chirping sounds of birds and the beauty of the fall colors are beyond my words. The colors of nature made me mad – red, brown, orange, golden yellow – each tree is wearing a different attire of its own. Five hours of drive made me tired by the time we reached there. But the first stop itself rejuvenated my energy and I started expecting more and more. Like the actual contents of a book are revealed only after turning pages beyond "Table of Contents", the beauty of that place was revealed once we continued our journey further. I was never disappointed in the whole trip except the only time when I had to leave that place. I thought of staying there forever…forever…but then it struck my mind that nothing is constant…the fall season takes away the whole beauty of the place with it. I decided to move on, go ahead in life, go back to my roots and come back to see the green leaves in the spring that gives birth to a new beginning. The lifecycle continues and our life continues.
Everything comes to an end they say! I would like to end this here for now. I'll be back with my new experiences. This journey is like a re-birth for me.
